Akdeniz University faculty members demonstrated their strength in innovation by winning multiple medals at TÜRKPATENT ISIF'25. Rector Prof. Dr. Özlenen Özkan received the award-winning academics in her office and congratulated them on their achievements.

Rector Özkan met with the faculty members who received awards at the 10th International Invention Fair – TÜRKPATENT ISIF'25, organized as part of TEKNOFEST. During the meeting, she was briefed on their studies and inventions. Expressing her pride in Akdeniz University's active contribution to Türkiye's R&D and innovation journey, Rector Özkan stated that the university will continue to play a key role in transforming knowledge into impact.

Rector Özkan emphasized: “The research conducted and the knowledge generated by Akdeniz University faculty members are transformed into patents and products through Antalya Technopark, contributing to the progress of our country and humanity. Every piece of knowledge is produced through great effort and meticulous work. Each member of Akdeniz University strives to turn their expertise into production. I sincerely thank all our faculty members for their dedication. I would also like to extend special thanks to Antalya Technopark General Manager Dr. İbrahim Yavuz for his close collaboration with our inventors in transforming knowledge into practical benefits. I wish all our colleagues continued success in producing knowledge that benefits humanity.”
